Healthy Skincare Routine
For today’s post I wanted to share with y’all some skin care tips that I’ve finally figured out over the years, as well as some products that I love, so you can get your glow on for 2018 😉 Here’s a quick bullet point list of skin care tips:
- drink lots of water, by lots I mean at least 8 cups (3 swell bottles)
- take off your makeup before you go to sleep, get wipes if you’re too lazy to wash your face before bed
- get your butt off the couch and get movin’
- eat veggies
- eat foods that are low inflammtory
- wear foundation that has SPF in it
- exfoliate once a week

- This toner is magical. First of all it smells wonderful and it’s gentle on sensitive skin. And it’s under $10!
- Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop:
- This little bottle is heaven sent. It’s helpful for fading acne scars, sunspots or any hyper pigmentation on the skin. I usually apply this before applying moisturizer in the evening
